Key Responsibilities
Generate new business opportunities through outbound calling, referrals, and lead generation.
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable legal services.
Conduct sales presentations and explain service offerings effectively.
Follow up with prospective clients and convert leads into successful sales.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients for repeat business.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM or company systems.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.
Prepare daily sales reports and update management on pipeline progress.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
1–2 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Tele Sales, Inside Sales, or Client Acquisition.
Experience in Legal Services, Banking, Financial Services, BPO, Insurance, Loan, Debt Recovery, or similar industries will be preferred.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build rapport with clients and close sales.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage.
