We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Real Estate Sales Executive with 2–3 years of experience in plotted development projects. The candidate should possess strong communication, presentation, and client-handling skills with the ability to generate site visits and achieve sales closures.
Responsibilities
• Handle customer inquiries and explain project details effectively.
• Generate leads through references, telecalling, digital platforms, and field activities.
• Schedule and conduct site visits for prospective customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and closures.
• Follow up regularly with leads and maintain customer database.
• Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and booking processes.
• Provide timely market feedback and competitor updates.
Skills
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Strong negotiation and convincing abilities.
• Basic knowledge of real estate sales and plotted development projects.
• Ability to work on targets and handle pressure.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM handling is an added advantage.
Eligibility
