Sales Executive

We are seeking an enthusiastic and goal-oriented Sales Intern to join our real estate sales team. This internship offers practical exposure to property sales, customer relationship management, lead generation, and market research. The intern will work closely with experienced sales professionals to support client interactions and business development activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in generating and qualifying sales leads through calls, referrals, and digital platforms.

• Support the sales team in following up with prospective buyers and maintaining customer relationships.

• Schedule and coordinate property site visits and client meetings.

• Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales activities in the CRM system.

• Conduct market research on property trends, pricing, and competitor offerings.

• Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and marketing materials.

• Respond to customer inquiries and provide basic information about projects and properties.

• Work with the marketing team to support promotional campaigns and lead generation activities.

• Help achieve sales targets by supporting daily business development efforts.

• It is a Full Time Sales / Business Development job for candidates with Freshers.
