Job Summary:
We are looking for energetic and enthusiastic Sales Executives to join our team. The ideal candidate should be an MBA graduate in Marketing with strong communication skills, passion for customer interaction, and willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify potential customers and generate new leads for clinic services.

• Explain treatments, packages, and offers to clients clearly and professionally.

• Maintain strong follow-up with clients through calls, WhatsApp, and emails.

• Achieve monthly sales targets and support overall clinic revenue growth.

• Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

• Coordinate with front office, CRM, and medical teams for smooth patient service.

• Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and update client databases.

• Participate in marketing activities, promotions, and events.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Good presentation and negotiation abilities.

• Ability to build rapport and handle clients confidently.

• Target-oriented mindset with willingness to learn.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, WhatsApp Business, CRM tools).

Educational Qualification:

• MBA in Marketing (Freshers encouraged to apply).

• Any bachelor's degree with strong interest in sales can also be considered.
