Sales Executive

The Sales Executive is responsible for delivering exceptional customer experience, driving store sales, and maintaining high visual and operational standards. This role requires discipline, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach to customer handling and conversions.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Customer Experience

• Assist customers in selecting appropriate products based on their requirements.

• Use upselling, cross-selling and value-based selling techniques to increase sales.

• Handle customer queries

• Build good relationships with customers and encourage reviews.

Store Standards & Visual Discipline

• Ensure racks and shelves are well-organized and visually appealing.

• Assist in mannequin changes and display refreshes.

• Follow store SOPs strictly.

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the store.

• Fold and arrange clothes properly after customer trials.

Billing and Transactions

• Operate the billing system and handle point-of-sale (POS) transactions.

• Ensure accurate cash handling and billing processes.

• Inform customers about any running offers or discounts during billing.

• Handle exchanges as per store policy.

Operational Support

• Assist in inwarding of new stock - including tagging and barcoding.

• Coordinate closely with Store Manager and Operations Admin.

• It is a Full Time Sales / Business Development job for candidates with 6 months - 4 years of experience.
