Key Responsibilities:
Engage walk-in customers and explain smartphone features and offers
Meet daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
Guide customers on exchange options, finance/EMI schemes, and accessories
Ensure proper display of products and brand materials
Collect customer feedback and encourage Google reviews
Handle basic billing and maintain cleanliness of the counter
Upsell accessories and warranty packs (AppleCare+, insurance, etc.)
Maintain inventory updates with store in-charge
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in smartphone sales
Strong knowledge of latest smartphones and brand-specific features
Fluent in Nepali, English, Hindi, and Bengali
Energetic, presentable, and good at customer handling
Willingness to work on weekends and festivals (weekly offs on weekdays)
Basic knowledge of billing software and finance processes is a plus
