As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by converting leads, building strong client relationships, and closing deals.
𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬
• Lead Conversion & Client Acquisition – Engage with inbound and outbound leads, including startups, MSMEs, freelancers, and entrepreneurs.
• Sales Pitching & Closures – Confidently present FilingPro services in Hindi and English and close deals.
• Relationship Management – Build long-term client relationships and ensure repeat business.
• Cross-Team Collaboration – Coordinate with operations and marketing teams for seamless onboarding and service delivery.
• Target Achievement – Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
𝐖𝐡𝐨𝐦 𝐖𝐞’𝐫𝐞 𝐋𝐨𝐨𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐅𝐨𝐫
• Experience – Minimum 0 - 1 year of experience in a similar sales/business development role (B2B/B2C preferred).
• Language Skills – Fluent in spoken Hindi and comfortable communicating in English.
• Sales Mindset – Target-driven, persuasive, and confident in negotiations.
• Relationship Builder – Strong communication, listening, and client-handling skills
• Execution-Oriented – Able to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment.
