Job Description: Sales Executive
Location- Vikasnagar, Uttarakhand
Job Summary
We are hiring a Sales Executive for our FirstCry Store in Vikasnagar, Uttarakhand. The candidate should be confident, customer-friendly, and able to drive sales by offering the right product suggestions and ensuring an excellent shopping experience.
Job Duties
Welcome customers and guide them inside the store.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
Achieve given sales targets.
Keep the store neat, organized, and attractive.
Inform customers about current offers and discounts.
Resolve basic customer questions and concerns.
Coordinate with team members for daily store operations.
Eligibility
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate
Basic communication skills (Hindi required, English is a plus)
Positive attitude and customer-friendly behavior.
Willingness to work in a retail environment.
Preferred Candidate
Experience in apparel/retail is a plus.
Target-driven and incentive-motivated.
Smart grooming and professional behavior.
