Job Description

Urgent Opening for Sales Executive in Fintech Industry

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responding to inquiries concerning business processes or the organization.

  • Responsible for conversion of lead generation & provide them service related to Payment solution product.

  • Calling active and budding clients to encourage the purchase of products and services.

  • Maintain quality service by adhering to organization guidelines.

  • Addressing clients' queries and grievances within prescribed TAT.

  • Ensure capturing of correct response from client.

  • Attending regular team meetings to clarify progress and performance-related expectations.

  • Meeting Annual Operating Plan.

  • Acquisition and development of Channel partners.

  • Adherence to TATs and Targets of service delivery.
