Urgent Opening for Sales Executive in Fintech Industry

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responding to inquiries concerning business processes or the organization.
Responsible for conversion of lead generation & provide them service related to Payment solution product.
Calling active and budding clients to encourage the purchase of products and services.
Maintain quality service by adhering to organization guidelines.
Addressing clients' queries and grievances within prescribed TAT.
Ensure capturing of correct response from client.
Attending regular team meetings to clarify progress and performance-related expectations.
Meeting Annual Operating Plan.
Acquisition and development of Channel partners.
Adherence to TATs and Targets of service delivery.
