Role Description

We are hiring a Full-Time Travel Consultant - B2C (Domestic & International) to join our Team located by Uttam Nagar West, Delhi. The role involves Managing Travel Bookings, handling customer queries, and ensuring smooth travel arrangements.

Experience:

• Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience in Travel sales or operations.

 

Requirements:


1. Experience in Domestic & Internation Travel Consultant in B2B & B2C Profile

2. Strong knowledge of Tourist Destinations as per Domestic & International (Himachal, Uttarakhand, Rajasthan, Goa, Kerala, Northeast and Thailand, Singapore, Bali, Mauritius, Maldives & Dubai)

3. Good Experience in handling customers and good command on taking follow-up from Customer.

4. Familiarity with Travel Destinations, booking systems, and itinerary preparations.

5. Must be able to work from Office (Near Uttam Nagar West metro - Walking distance)

 

Salary:

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month + Incentive

Schedule:
• Day shift 10AM-7PM
• Fixed shift
