Job Title: Sales Executive / Business Development Executive (Real Estate Marketing)

We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive to join our team. Your primary responsibility will be generating new business, acquiring real estate clients, and helping the company achieve its revenue targets. If you enjoy sales, negotiations, and building long-term client relationships, we'd love to hear from you.

Salary

In-Hand Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month (Based on Experience)

Key Responsibilities

Identify and generate new business opportunities in the real estate industry.
Connect with real estate developers, channel partners, and brokers through calls, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, email, and meetings.
Schedule client meetings and sales presentations.
Understand client marketing requirements and recommend suitable digital marketing solutions.
Close new business deals and achieve monthly sales targets.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
Coordinate with the marketing and operations team for smooth campaign execution.
Follow up with leads and maintain an updated CRM.
Stay updated with real estate market trends and competitors.
Provide regular sales reports and client feedback to the management team.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
1–3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Digital Marketing Sales.
Experience in Real Estate, Advertising, or Marketing Agency sales will be preferred.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong ability to generate leads and close deals.
Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.
Familiarity with CRM tools is an added advantage.
Customer-focused attitude with strong relationship-building skills.
