Rather than selling a single bank's financial product, we act as trusted advisors analyzing client requirements, comparing multi-lender options, and securing optimal financing terms

across the complete credit ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

● Lead Generation & Qualification: Proactively identify, generate, and qualify

prospective leads for Business Loans, Working Capital, LAP, Personal Loans, and

other credit products.

● Consultative Client Advisory: Evaluate prospective clients' business health,

financials, and funding needs to advise them on suitable loan structures, lenders,

interest rates, tenure, and repayment options.

● End-to-End Deal Execution: Own the complete sales cycle from initial contact and

presentation to document collection, sanction, and final loan disbursement.

● Lender & Internal Coordination: Work directly with partner banks, NBFCs, and

internal credit/operations teams to ensure smooth case processing and fast

turnarounds.

● Pipeline & Relationship Management: Build lasting relationships with clients,

business owners, and referral partners while consistently meeting monthly

disbursement and revenue targets.

Who We’re Looking For

● Experience: 1–3 years of sales or business development experience in BFSI,

lending, fintech, corporate/SME sales, or DSA networks.

● Proactive Sales Instinct: Demonstrated track record in lead generation, client

negotiation, and closing deal pipelines independently.

● Consultative Communication: Strong interpersonal skills with the confidence to

conduct high-level discussions with business owners and decision-makers.

● Product & Financial Literacy: Familiarity with loan products and basic financial

documents (P&L, Balance Sheets, Bank Statements).

● Drive & Mobility: Self-motivated, target-driven mindset, and willingness to travel

across Delhi-NCR for client meetings when required.
