₹15,000 Salary + Incentive

₹8,000 Salary + Incentive

✅ 1–3 Website Projects Closed (Client ki Advance Payment Receive Hone Ke Baad)

₹5,000 Salary + Incentive

✅ 0 Website Projects Closed

₹3,000 Internship / Travel Allowance

*🎯 Incentive Policy*

• Har Successful Website Project par 5% Incentive

• Minimum ₹500 Incentive Per Project

• Maximum ₹2,000 Incentive Per Project

• Incentive Client ki Advance Payment Receive Hone Ke Baad Applicable Hoga

₹10,000 Website Project = ₹500 Incentive

• Google Maps, Google Business Profile, Justdial, IndiaMART, Social Media, etc. se Business Owners ke Contact Details Find Karna

• Khud Data Research Karna aur Potential Clients ki List Banana

• Call, WhatsApp & Email ke through Prospects se Connect Karna

• Website Development Services Explain Karna

• Daily Follow-Up Karke Clients ko Convert Karna

• Client ko Advance Payment tak Convert Karna

• Complete Data Sheet & Daily Reports Maintain Karna

• Minimum 50 Calls Per Day
