Sales Executive

Job description:

In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads, engaging with potential clients over the phone, and providing sales support to our dynamic sales team.

• Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to generate leads and qualify potential customers interested in solar solutions.

• Follow up on leads generated through various channels, including marketing campaigns, referrals, and enquiries.

• Provide information about our solar products and services, answer queries, and address customer concerns effectively.

• Schedule appointments and coordinate with the sales team for client meetings and site visits.

• Assist in preparing sales proposals, quotations, and contracts as needed.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, enquiries, and sales activities in the CRM system.

• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives.

• Assist in organising sales events, exhibitions, and promotional activities as required.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a telecaller, customer service representative, or sales support executive.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a pleasant and professional phone manner.

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships with customers.

• Goal-orientated mindset with a passion for sales and customer service excellence.

• Proficiency in MS Office applications and CRM software.

• Ability to multitask, prioritise tasks, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

• Previous experience in the solar or renewable energy industry is a plus, but not required.
