Call students and encourage them to attend classes, workshops, and events.
Build rapport with potential participants and address queries about programs.
Maintain accurate student data and track follow-ups using Excel and CRM.
Ensure consistent communication and provide reminders to students.
Support the sales team in achieving enrollment targets.
Provide feedback to management on student interactions and challenges.
Excellent communication skills in Marathi (mandatory) and Hindi/English (preferred).
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM systems.
Strong persuasion and relationship-building skills.
Energetic, self-motivated, and target-driven.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience in sales, telecalling, or customer service are welcome.
