Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Call students and encourage them to attend classes, workshops, and events.

• Build rapport with potential participants and address queries about programs.

• Maintain accurate student data and track follow-ups using Excel and CRM.

• Ensure consistent communication and provide reminders to students.

• Support the sales team in achieving enrollment targets.

• Provide feedback to management on student interactions and challenges.

Key Skills / Requirements

• Excellent communication skills in Marathi (mandatory) and Hindi/English (preferred).

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM systems.

• Strong persuasion and relationship-building skills.

• Energetic, self-motivated, and target-driven.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience in sales, telecalling, or customer service are welcome.
