Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to meet business objectives.

• Build and maintain a robust and profitable distribution network of Advisors and Field Sales Leaders (FLS).

• Manage and enhance the productivity and activation of Advisors within your team.

• 
  

• Recruit and train Advisors to ensure continuous growth and high productivity.

• Increase market share by promoting the full range of products and achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.

• 
  

• Oversee product mix management, persistency rates, and lead conversion percentages.

• 
  

• Maintain and update accurate databases for effective tracking and reporting.

• 
  

• Achieve weekly goals and participate in contests to drive team motivation and performance.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.

• 
  

• Proficiency in English, Hindi, and other regional languages (local candidates preferred).
