We are looking for a high-energy, result-oriented Sales Executive to drive our growth in the IT and Digital Marketing sector. You will be responsible for managing a mix of inbound office leads and self-generated prospects, converting them into long-term strategic partners.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Management: Handle 70+ monthly leads provided by the office with 100% follow-up discipline.
Business Generation: Proactively source 30+ high-quality leads per month through LinkedIn prospecting and networking.
Consultative Selling: Conduct deep-dive discovery calls to understand client pain points and present customized IT/Marketing solutions.
Closing & Negotiation: Lead the negotiation process and close the client to achieve monthly target.
Contract Strategy: Focus on securing long-term commitments (3, 6, and 12-month contracts) to ensure company stability.
Pipeline Tracking: Maintain a clean CRM to forecast weekly and monthly revenue accurately.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience: Minimum 1 year of proven experience in B2B sales (Experience in IT, Software, or Digital Agencies is a huge plus).
Communication: Good command over English and professional "Executive Presence."
Industry Knowledge: Basic understanding of Digital Marketing and Web Development.
Closing Ability: Proven track record of handling price objections and closing high-ticket deals.
