Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.

• Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing training, coaching, and motivation.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential buyers, real estate agents, and channel partners.

• Conduct site visits, presentations, and product demonstrations to showcase the unique features and benefits of our projects.

• Negotiate and close deals effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.

• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.

• Prepare sales reports and forecasts, and track key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
