Job Description – Sales Executive
Position: Sales Executive
Location: Manesar & Bhiwadi
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month (Negotiable based on interview performance)
Experience: Minimum 1 Year
Gender: Male
Qualification:
Diploma / B.Tech / Any Degree
Candidates with a technical background or technical certification will be preferred.

Roles & Responsibilities
Conduct field visits to prospective and existing customers.
Generate leads through cold calling and fix appointments with potential clients.
Schedule customer meetings and coordinate product demonstrations.
Visit customer locations and provide live demonstrations of coffee machines.
Explain product features, benefits, and applications to customers.
Promote the company's products and build brand awareness.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
Check and understand material compatibility, chemical reactions, and practical applications.
Negotiate pricing and quantity-based deals with customers.
Follow up with clients to convert inquiries into sales.
Develop practical product knowledge and suggest innovative ideas for business growth.
Prepare daily visit reports and maintain customer records.
Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain long-term customer relationships.
Required Skills
Minimum 1 year of field sales experience.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Confidence in cold calling and client interaction.
Basic technical understanding of industrial materials or willingness to learn.
Ability to work independently and travel for field visits.
Strong presentation and customer handling skills.
