We are looking for an energetic and driven Sales Executive to support business growth by generating leads, meeting clients, and closing sales across Delhi NCR and Hyderabad. This is a field-intensive role with office coordination, ideal for someone who enjoys meeting customers, building relationships, and achieving targets.
Identify and generate new business leads through field visits, cold calling, referrals, and networking.
Visit prospective clients to understand their needs and introduce Encharge’s solutions.
Conduct face-to-face meetings, presentations, and follow-ups.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key decision-makers.
Address client queries and coordinate internally to ensure smooth onboarding.
Ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, and closures.
Update daily/weekly sales activity reports.
Work closely with the sales manager to achieve individual and team targets.
Coordinate between field activities and office teams for documentation and follow-ups.
Support marketing and promotional activities when required.
0–3 years of experience in field sales / business development / direct sales.
Graduate in any discipline. BE/B.Tech preferred.
Comfortable with field travel and client meetings.
Good communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, email, and CRM tools (preferred).
Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented mindset.
Experience in B2B or B2C field sales
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
