Roles & Responsibilities:
• Apply prospecting techniques for securing new clients, key account management, and general account maintenance.
• Build rapport and establish strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their challenges and goals.
• Implements processes that will keep the leadership team abreast on the status of all sales activity on an ongoing progress.
• Maintain Training Session Calendars.
• Generate revenue through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, social media and referrals.
• Effectively present the company’s products or services to potential clients, highlighting key features and benefits.
• Manage scheduling changes and communicate updates to all stakeholders.
• Prepare and deliver reports as required.
Graduate with Excellent oral and written communications skills, as well as excellent presentation skills.
• Experience in inside sales /tele sales of IT services / Solutions. Sales of training, audit and certification solutions in the enterprise space will be an added advantage.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitors and market conditions.
• Self-motivation, self-management and professionalism with advanced organizational, negotiation, problem solving skills and team building skills.
• Ability to handle rejection and setbacks while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Tech-savvy with proficiency in CRM systems, MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Internet Technologies/social media.
