Sales Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Head to lead and grow our customer base across key industrial and infrastructure sectors. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and expanding market share for Electro Poles’ Products Pvt. Ltd..

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve business goals.

• Identify new business opportunities in government tenders, EPC contracts, utilities, real estate, infrastructure, and construction sectors.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, consultants, and decision-makers.

• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations.

• Coordinate with the technical and production team to meet customer specifications.

• Track market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.

• Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to promote brand visibility.

• Manage end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation, negotiation, closing, and post-sales support.

• Meet monthly and annual sales targets and provide regular reports to management.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, or related field.

• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in sales/marketing of industrial or infrastructure-related products.

• Excellent knowledge of B2B sales, government procurement processes, and tendering.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

• Willingness to travel extensively as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the electrical poles, power distribution, or infrastructure materials industry minimum 3 years .

• Existing client network in relevant sectors (DISCOMs, PWD, EPC companies, etc.)

• MBA in Marketing (preferred but not mandatory)

• It is a Full Time Sales / Business Development job for candidates with 5 - 6+ years Experience.
