Key Responsibilities
Handle customers and understand their home décor and furnishing requirements.
Recommend suitable products, designs, fabrics, and décor solutions based on customer needs.
Create basic sketches and design concepts using AI tools based on client requirements.
Guide customers who are unsure about product selection, colors, designs, or overall décor concepts.
Build strong customer relationships and provide excellent service throughout the sales process.
Generate sales and consistently achieve assigned sales targets.
Follow up with customers and convert enquiries into sales.
Requirements
Experience in home décor, home furnishing, interior products, or a related industry is preferred.
Good communication and customer-handling skills.
Creative mindset with an interest in design and AI-based design tools.
Quick learner, energetic, and self-motivated.
Strong sales orientation with a target-driven approach.
Ability to understand customer requirements and provide the right solutions.
