We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team in Noida. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities through outbound B2B calling, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
Make 80-100 outbound calls daily to potential B2B clients
Research and identify new business opportunities and prospects
Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments for senior sales team
Maintain and update lead database with accurate client information
Follow up on warm leads and convert them into sales opportunities
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
Understand client requirements and present suitable solutions
Conduct product/service presentations over phone and video calls
Handle client queries and provide timely responses
Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned
Convert leads into confirmed sales orders
Negotiate pricing and close deals within approved guidelines
Collaborate with delivery team to ensure smooth order fulfillment
Prepare sales reports and maintain sales pipeline records
Monitor competitor activities and market trends
Gather market intelligence and customer feedback
Identify new market segments and business opportunities
Report market insights to management team
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (BBA, B.Com, BA, B.Tech, etc.)
Additional sales/marketing certification is a plus
1-3 years of experience in B2B sales, telecalling, or business development
Fresh graduates with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply
Prior experience in outbound calling or lead generation preferred
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Basic knowledge of CRM software
Comfortable with online meeting platforms (Zoom, Teams, etc.)
Good typing speed and data entry skills
Excellent verbal communication in Hindi and English
Strong listening skills and ability to understand client needs
Confident phone personality with professional demeanor
Good written communication for emails and reports
Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities

Base Salary: ₹18,000 - ₹25,000 per month
Performance Incentives: ₹5,000 - ₹20,000 based on targets achieved
Total Earning Potential: ₹25,000 - ₹45,000 per month
