Faridabad Insurance Wala is an insurance service provider focused on helping customers choose and manage suitable insurance solutions across different categories, including motor, health, life and other insurance products.
We are looking for a result-oriented Sales Executive who can generate leads, approach potential clients, effectively communicate and convince them about our insurance products, and consistently convert prospects into sales.
Roles & Responsibilities:-
1. Generate new leads through calling, WhatsApp and referrals.
2. Contact prospective customers and understand their insurance requirements.
3. Explain relevant insurance products, features, coverage and available options to customers.
4. Follow up regularly with interested leads and maintain proper lead records.
5. Convert qualified leads into successful insurance business.
6. Handle customer queries and coordinate with the internal team for quotations, documentation and policy issuance.
7. Build and maintain positive relationships with new and existing customers.
8. Maintain daily records of calls, leads, follow-ups and conversions.
9. Achieve assigned sales and lead-conversion targets.
10. Identify new business opportunities through individual and corporate clients.
11. Stay updated about the company's insurance products and sales processes.
12. Maintain professional communication with customers throughout the sales process.
Required Skills:-
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident and professional approach towards customers.
Good convincing and negotiation skills.
Comfortable with calling and customer follow-ups.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
Ability to work with sales targets.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.
