· Coordinate with the sales team for daily sales activities

· Prepare and share quotations for products (lights, blinds, ceilings, etc.)

· Follow up with clients for approvals and order confirmation

· Maintain proper sales documentation and records

· Coordinate with brands/vendors for pricing, availability, and dispatch

· Process orders and ensure timely delivery

· Handle client inquiries and provide product information

· Maintain CRM / Excel data for leads and order tracking

· Assist in payment follow-ups and invoice coordination

· Support the sales team in achieving monthly targets
