SALES MANAGER

Their responsibilities revolve around managing different teams.

- Setting goals and guidelines.

- Performing audits

- Coordinating staff, and

- Developing strategies to optimize operations.

- Also resolve issues and concerns,

- Produce progress reports, and

- Implement solutions against vulnerable areas.

- Hiring Team of Sales Executive

- Hand hold team in terms of their Training, Assigning task, customer Meetings and Helping them to close the business.

- Setting up Team targets, Monitoring their performance on Regular intervals, Inputs on low performance, Assistance on business calls and Channel Partner meetings.

- Furthermore, as a Sales manager, it is essential to lead and encourage teams to reach goals, all while implementing the company's policies and regulations.

Growth structure depends on performance basis, hike structure after probation periods.

Aadhar card, pan card, 2 photographs and Proven work experience.

- Pay: ₹252,983.49 - ₹644,280.54 per year

Schedule:

Day shift

10am to 7pm
