Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and confident Sales Executive to join our team at Eager Fitness. The ideal candidate should be passionate about fitness, have good communication skills, and be able to convert inquiries into membership sales.

Key Responsibilities

Handle walk-in inquiries, calls, and online leads
Give gym tours and explain membership plans to potential clients
Follow up with leads and achieve monthly sales targets
Maintain customer records and reports
Build strong relationships with members for renewals and referrals
Promote offers, events, and services through calls & social media if required
Support the front desk team when needed

Requirements

Previous sales or customer service experience (preferred but not mandatory)
Good communication & convincing skills
Presentable, positive, and energetic personality
Ability to meet sales targets and work with a team
Basic computer/WhatsApp handling skills
