Sales Executive

We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Executive to join our clothing business. The role involves promoting and selling clothing products, assisting customers with their needs, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in selecting clothing products based on their preferences, size, and style.

• Provide product knowledge, fabric details, and fashion suggestions to customers.

• Maintain visual merchandising standards to ensure an attractive store display.

• Process sales transactions, handle billing, and manage cash/credit card payments.

• Achieve individual and team sales targets.

• Build and maintain relationships with repeat customers.

• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the inventory team for replenishment.

• Handle customer queries, complaints, and returns in a professional manner.

• Stay updated with fashion trends and new arrivals to provide better guidance.

• Support promotional activities, discounts, and events to drive sales.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in clothing/fashion sales or retail environment preferred.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong knowledge of fabrics, styles, and fashion trends.

• Ability to achieve targets and work under pressure.

• Customer-focused with a positive and professional attitude.
