Job Description:
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Malayalam-speaking candidates for the position of Inside Sales Executive. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and an interest in sales and customer relationship management.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers and clients.
Generate leads and follow up with prospective customers.
Explain the company's advertising solutions and services to clients.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Handle customer queries and provide appropriate information.
Follow up on leads and support the sales team in achieving targets.
Maintain daily call records and update lead status.
Work towards achieving sales targets and business objectives.
Requirements:
Must be fluent in Malayalam.
Basic English and Hindi communication skills are an advantage.
Good communication and convincing skills.
Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience can apply.
Willingness to learn sales techniques and work in a target-oriented environment.
Immediate joiners are preferred.
