Prior experience in premium showroom sales (electronics, interiors, or real estate) preferred.
Timing- 9.30am to 6.30am
Working days - Monday to Saturday
Salary- 20000-30000
Location- Marathahalli - Bangalore
Key Responsibilities
Driving Showroom Traffic
· Build a pipeline for weekly showroom visits by reaching out to prospective clients from marketing campaigns and other channels.
Client Engagement & Showroom Tours
· Warmly greet and engage all showroom visitors in a professional manner.
· Maintain an inviting, clean, and tech-enabled showroom space.
· Conduct guided tours of smart switches, speaker systems, automation panels, and media rooms based on client needs.
Creating Action Plans for Closure
· For each serious client, create a clear closure plan outlining the next steps for their project.
Managing Inquiries & Appointments
· Handle WhatsApp, website, and phone inquiries promptly and clearly.
· Fix and coordinate appointments for in-showroom demos, client site visits, and project discussions.
Lead Management & Follow-up
· Log all lead interactions in designated systems.
· Follow up systematically with leads and clients until closure, working closely with the Sales Head.
Technical Coordination
· Understand basic tech configurations and coordinate with the technical team for detailed walkthroughs, live demos, site visits, or video consultations.
Sales Support
· Assist the Sales Head with daily reporting, client follow-ups, and preparation of proposals, quotation kits, and presentation decks.
Cross-Functional Coordination
· Liaise with logistics, accounts, and backend teams to ensure timely order updates and smooth client communication.
Requirements
Qualifications
· Any graduate degree.
Experience
· 1–3 years in sales, telecalling, or customer service.
· Prior experience in premium showroom sales (electronics, interiors, or real estate) preferred.
