Sales Executive

Dreagency is looking for a motivated and confident IT Sales Executive for B2B Sales and Digital Marketing Services.

The candidate will be responsible for finding potential business clients, contacting decision-makers, arranging client meetings, conducting field visits, explaining our services and converting prospects into clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new B2B business opportunities through cold calling, online research, references, networking and field sales.

• Find and approach business owners, manufacturers, exporters, importers, suppliers, traders, startups and SMEs.

• Contact potential clients and understand their business and marketing requirements.

• Pitch and sell our Digital Marketing & IT Services.

• Generate leads and appointments for potential clients.

• Conduct face-to-face client meetings and field visits.

• Explain services such as:

  • Digital Marketing

  • SEO

  • Google Ads

  • Meta Ads

  • Website Development

  • Social Media Marketing

  • Lead Generation

  • B2B Marketing

  • Import/Export Business Promotion

• Follow up with prospects and maintain strong client relationships.

• Negotiate with prospects and assist in closing deals.

• Maintain daily records of calls, leads, meetings and follow-ups.

• Coordinate with the internal team for proposals and client onboarding.

Candidate Requirements

• Good communication and convincing skills.

• Confident personality and professional attitude.

• Comfortable with cold calling and field visits.

• Comfortable meeting and speaking with business owners.

• Basic knowledge of Digital Marketing, IT Services and B2B Sales is preferred.

• Sales/Business Development experience is an advantage.

• Freshers with good communication and sales ability can also apply.

• Willingness to travel for client meetings.

• Strong follow-up and negotiation skills.

• Self-motivated and result-oriented.

Salary & Incentives

₹10,000 – ₹20,000 per month + attractive performance-based incentives.

Incentives will be provided separately from the fixed salary based on successful client acquisition and business generated.
