Job Summary
We are looking for a Sales Executive to handle company-provided leads, communicate with customers, drive conversions, and achieve assigned sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Handle and follow up on provided leads through calls, WhatsApp, and email.
Understand customer requirements and explain products/services.
Build strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
Follow up consistently and convert leads into sales.
Negotiate and close deals as per company guidelines.
Achieve monthly sales targets.
Maintain customer and sales records and provide regular updates to the manager.
Required Skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong convincing, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
Customer-focused and target-oriented approach.
Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM.
Good teamwork and time-management skills.
Eligibility
0–6 months of experience.
Freshers with good communication and sales skills can apply.
Graduate in any discipline preferred.
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month + Performance-Based Incentives
