We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Salesperson to join our growing team. As a Salesperson, you will be responsible for generating leads, building strong relationships with customers, and closing sales to help achieve company revenue goals. The ideal candidate will be personable, persistent, and passionate about providing excellent customer service.
Identify and approach potential customers through cold calling, networking, and referrals
Understand customer needs and offer appropriate products or services
Deliver persuasive sales presentations and product demonstrations
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using CRM software
Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, pricing, and industry trends
Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and trade shows as needed
Handle customer complaints or objections in a professional and timely manner
High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus
Proven experience in sales or a customer-facing role preferred
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems
