Key Responsibilities

• Contact potential customers through calls, WhatsApp, email and LinkedIn.

• Handle leads generated through IndiaMART, social media, referrals and advertising campaigns.

• Understand clients’ business requirements and recommend suitable digital services.

• Explain DigitalAsia’s services, packages, pricing and expected outcomes.

• Conduct regular follow-ups and convert qualified prospects into paying clients.

• Schedule online or face-to-face meetings with interested prospects.

• Prepare and share proposals, quotations and service presentations.

• Maintain accurate lead records and update the sales pipeline daily.

• Coordinate with the technical and operations teams after closing a deal.

• Build and maintain professional relationships with existing clients.

• Achieve assigned weekly and monthly sales targets.

• Submit daily calling, follow-up and conversion reports.

Candidate Requirements

• Good communication, negotiation and presentation skills.

• Confidence in handling calls and communicating with business owners.

• Basic understanding of digital marketing, websites, SEO and social media services.

• Ability to manage objections and consistently follow up with prospects.

• Self-motivated, disciplined and comfortable working with sales targets.

• Basic knowledge of CRM, Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel.

• Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.

• Previous experience in digital marketing or IT service sales will be preferred.

Working Schedule

• Monday to Friday: Work from Office

• Saturday: Work from Home

• Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM

• Weekly Off: Sunday
