Job Profile

Find and contact potential customers through calls, referrals, and site visits.

Understand clients' budget and property requirements.

Explain project features, pricing, payment plans, and offers.

Negotiate deals and help close sales.

Maintain relationships with existing clients for repeat business and referrals.

Follow up on leads using CRM or sales records.

Coordinate with banks, legal teams, and documentation staff when required.

Achieve monthly or quarterly sales targets.
