Position Overview
Role: Sales Executive (Telecaller)
Gender: Female
Experience: Fresher (Experience not required; training will be provided)
Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass
Salary: ₹10,000 per month + ₹100 per sale incentive
Key Responsibilities
Outbound Calling: Initiate calls to potential leads and explain our business services or products clearly.
Lead Management: Maintain a record of calls and follow up with interested prospects to build a consistent pipeline.
Information Sharing: Provide accurate information regarding our offerings, helping clients understand the value of our digital business opportunities.
Data Entry: Keep the CRM or lead database updated with customer details and call remarks.
Feedback: Share daily reports on call outcomes and customer responses with the management.
Requirements & Skills
Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi (fluency in English is a plus).
Attitude: Highly motivated, positive, and a "can-do" spirit.
Persuasion: Ability to handle rejections gracefully and remain professional at all times.
Basic Tech Skills: Familiarity with smartphones and basic computer operations.
Goal-Oriented: A desire to learn and achieve daily calling targets.
