Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our furniture sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating sales, assisting customers with product selection, and maintaining strong client relationships to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in the showroom or through calls and messages
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable furniture products
Explain product features, materials, pricing, and customization options
Prepare quotations, follow up on leads, and close sales
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Maintain accurate records of sales, customers, and inquiries
Coordinate with the design, production, and delivery teams
Handle customer queries and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Stay updated on new products, designs, and market trends
Requirements & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (preferred but not mandatory)
Proven experience as a Sales Executive in the furniture or interior industry
Good communication and negotiation skills
Customer-oriented attitude with a positive approach
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Basic knowledge of MS Office and billing software
Willingness to work in a showroom environment

Experience:
1–3 years of experience in furniture or related sales preferred.
