Sales Executive

Namo Gange Wellness Pvt. Ltd. is a fast-growing organization focused on wellness, sustainability, and large-scale exhibitions. We are currently hiring Sales Executives to drive stall and space sales for our upcoming 9th Global Health & Wellness Expo.

Job Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic and result-driven Sales Executives who can generate leads and convert them into exhibitors for the expo. This is a target-based role, ideal for candidates passionate about sales, client interaction, and the events/exhibition industry.

Key Responsibilities

Generate leads for stall and space sales through cold calling, networking, field visits, and database outreach

Approach brands, startups, manufacturers, and retailers relevant to health, wellness, lifestyle, and related industries

Present event details, exhibitor benefits, and stall options to potential clients

Achieve monthly and event-based sales targets assigned by the company

Handle follow-ups, quotations, negotiations, and close exhibitor bookings

Maintain daily records of calls, leads, meetings, and conversions

Coordinate with internal teams for invoicing, documentation, and confirmations

Support marketing activities and pre-event promotions

Provide regular sales reports, updates, and market feedback

Eligibility & Requirements

Graduate in any stream

1 to 4 years of experience in sales (B2B/exhibition sales preferred)

Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills

Ability to meet and exceed sales targets

Comfortable with cold calling, field visits, and client meetings

Basic knowledge of MS Excel, CRM tools, and AI tools

Self-motivated, confident, and able to work independently

Willingness to travel for client interactions when required

Preferred Candidate Profile

Experience in exhibition sales, stall space selling, sponsorship sales, or corporate sales

Target-driven mindset with strong closing ability

Proactive and confident in client interaction and deal conversion

Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships

Interest in growing within the events and exhibition industry

Professional attitude with a strong focus on results and performance
