Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Sales Support

  • Generate leads through outbound calling from the database provided by the company.

  • Follow up with potential customers and convert inquiries into sales opportunities.

  • Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions.

Customer Interaction & Query Handling

  • Communicate with customers professionally through calls, WhatsApp, email, and website chat.

  • Resolve customer queries related to product usage, benefits, pricing, and specifications.

  • Provide accurate and complete product details to build trust and ensure clarity.

Website & E-Commerce Operations

  • Assist in handling the company website (basic updates, checking customer messages, monitoring inquiries).

  • Coordinate with the operations team regarding order processing, dispatch, and customer updates.

  • Support in managing online sales data, reports, and customer records.

Coordination & Reporting

  • Work closely with the sales and operations teams to ensure smooth workflow.

  • Prepare daily call reports, lead status updates, and feedback summaries.

  • Maintain data accuracy in CRM or internal tools.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 6 months of experience in inside sales, tele calling, or customer service in e-commerce (product-based) companies.

  • Excellent communication skills (Hindi & English).

  • Strong understanding of sales flow, lead generation, and customer handling.

  • Basic knowledge of e-commerce operations preferred.

  • Ability to explain product specifications clearly and confidently.

  • Good follow-up skills and customer-centric approach.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks (calling + operations).
