Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our ethnic wear retail team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for fashion, excellent communication skills, and the ability to assist customers in selecting the perfect outfits.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist customers in selecting lehengas, sherwanis, sarees, and ethnic outfits based on occasion, style, and budget
Provide detailed product knowledge including fabric, embroidery, design, and styling guidance
Suggest matching accessories and complete outfit combinations
Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
Handle customer queries and ensure excellent customer service
Maintain store cleanliness and attractive product displays
Manage trial rooms and assist customers during fittings
Coordinate with tailoring team for alterations when needed
Stay updated on latest ethnic fashion trends
Process billing and handle payments accurately

Required Skills:
