Job Description

A Sales Executive for mobile phones is responsible for driving revenue growth by building relationships, managing accounts, and closing deals related to mobile devices and telecommunication services. They focus on identifying new sales opportunities, presenting product solutions, negotiating contracts, and exceeding sales targets. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meeting Sales Targets: Achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.

  • After-Sales Support: Providing support to existing customers and addressing their inquiries. 

  • Staying Informed: Keeping up with industry trends, competitor activities, and product updates. 

  • Skills and Qualifications:

    • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: The ability to build rapport, present information effectively, and address customer needs. 

    • Negotiation Skills: The ability to negotiate contracts and close deals. 

    • Sales Experience: Proven experience in a sales role, preferably with a focus on mobile phones or telecommunications. 

    • CRM Software Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM systems for managing customer data and tracking sales performance. 

    • Self-Motivation and Results-Driven: The ability to work independently, set goals, and achieve targets. 

    • Product Knowledge: A strong understanding of mobile phone models, features, and telecommunication services. 

    • Problem-Solving Skills: The ability to address customer concerns and find solutions.
