We are looking for a Sales Executive to join our team at at Damro Furniture Private Limited. The role requires identifying new business opportunities, building long-lasting client relationships, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate for this role must have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven record of closing deals.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and approach potential clients to generate leads and drive sales growth.
Present and promote products or services to prospective customers.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and motivate them to repeat business.
Prepare and deliver sales pitches tailored to client needs.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Stay informed on market trends and competitor activities.
Prepare reports on sales performance and client feedback.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 0 - 1 years of experience. Applicants should have strong negotiation skills, a customer-first approach, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Greet customers, understand their requirements, and guide them through Damro’s product range.
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets by effectively promoting products and closing deals.
Provide expert advice on furniture selection, customization options, and pricing.
Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure high satisfaction levels.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Damro’s product offerings, promotions, and financing options.
Assist in visual merchandising and maintaining showroom cleanliness and product displays.
Process sales orders, invoices, and follow up on deliveries and installations.
Collaborate with the team to achieve collective sales goals and contribute to business growth.
Education: Minimum 12th pass (Intermediate); Graduation preferred.
Experience: 1-2 years in retail sales, furniture sales, or customer service (Freshers with good communication skills may also apply).
Skills Required:
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
Strong sales & negotiation abilities.

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, billing software).
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Languages: Fluent in Telugu, Hindi, and English.

Working Days: 6 days a week (Rotational shifts, including weekends).
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000/month (Based on experience) + Incentives & Performance Bonuses.
