Job Summary:

We are looking for a Sales Executive to join our team at at Damro Furniture Private Limited. The role requires identifying new business opportunities, building long-lasting client relationships, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate for this role must have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven record of closing deals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and approach potential clients to generate leads and drive sales growth.

  • Present and promote products or services to prospective customers.

  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and motivate them to repeat business.

  • Prepare and deliver sales pitches tailored to client needs.

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

  • Stay informed on market trends and competitor activities.

  • Prepare reports on sales performance and client feedback.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 0 - 1 years of experience. Applicants should have strong negotiation skills, a customer-first approach, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers, understand their requirements, and guide them through Damro’s product range.

  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets by effectively promoting products and closing deals.

  • Provide expert advice on furniture selection, customization options, and pricing.

  • Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure high satisfaction levels.

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Damro’s product offerings, promotions, and financing options.

  • Assist in visual merchandising and maintaining showroom cleanliness and product displays.

  • Process sales orders, invoices, and follow up on deliveries and installations.

  • Collaborate with the team to achieve collective sales goals and contribute to business growth.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Education: Minimum 12th pass (Intermediate); Graduation preferred.

  • Experience: 1-2 years in retail sales, furniture sales, or customer service (Freshers with good communication skills may also apply).

  • Skills Required:

    • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.

    • Strong sales & negotiation abilities.

    • Customer-centric approach with a friendly demeanor.

    • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, billing software).

    • Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

  • Languages: Fluent in Telugu, Hindi, and English.

Work Conditions:

  • Location: Ongole

  • Working Days: 6 days a week (Rotational shifts, including weekends).

  • Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000/month (Based on experience) + Incentives & Performance Bonuses.
