Roles & Responsibilities:
Call potential customers from the leads provided.
Understand their business challenges and schedule software demos.
Deliver simple, clear, and compelling product demonstrations.
Address customer queries and explain the time-saving benefits of Suvit.
Maintain regular follow-ups and convert leads into paying customers.
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and earn performance rewards.
Adhere to our structured sales process (SOP).
Ensure smooth onboarding for new customers post-sale.
Key Skills Required:
1 to 3 years of experience in Inside Sales / Tele Sales / B2B Sales.
Excellent verbal communication and convincing skills.
Comfortable engaging with customers over phone and video calls.
Proficiency in Hindi and English (both required).
Self-motivated and target-driven (with full support from our team!).
