Role & Responsibilities
Attend customers and provide an excellent in-store experience.Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.Achieve sales targets and earn performance-based incentives.Handle billing, product display, stock arrangement, and basic store operations.Assist customers with saree selection and draping.Maintain a clean, organized, and premium store environment.
Preferred Candidate Profile
2 to 7 years of retail sales experience preferred.Strong communication and customer-handling skills.Interest in sarees, Indian handloom, handicrafts, and ethnic products.Saree draping knowledge is an advantage.English & Hindi required; Kannada/Bengali preferred.Presentable, confident, and target-oriented.
