Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Counter Sales Executive to manage sales at our store counter. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality, and the ability to understand customer needs and recommend suitable products. This role involves handling customer queries, processing sales, maintaining product displays, and ensuring an excellent in-store experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers visiting the store.

• Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.

• Provide detailed product information, demonstrations, and pricing.

• Process sales transactions accurately through billing systems (cash, card, UPI, etc.).

• Maintain the counter area and ensure product displays are clean, organized, and well-stocked.

• Handle customer queries, complaints, and returns professionally.

• Coordinate with the inventory team for stock availability.

• Maintain customer records and generate basic sales reports.

• Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.

• It is a Full Time Sales / Business Development job for candidates with 6 months - 1 years of experience.
