We are seeking a highly motivated and goal-oriented Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be proactive in lead generation, client acquisition, and end-to-end sales closures. While experience in the packaging industry is preferred, we are open to candidates from other industries with strong business development experience.
Lead Generation: Identify, prospect, and generate new business leads through research, cold calling, networking, and other channels.
Sales Outreach: Initiate and maintain conversations with potential clients via phone, email, and meetings to introduce our services/products.
End-to-End Sales Closure: Own the entire sales cycle – from lead generation to negotiations and deal closure.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term client relationships to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
Market Research: Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growth.
Reporting: Prepare and share regular updates on sales pipeline, target progress, and client interactions with senior management.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills (verbal & written).
Proven experience in managing the entire sales cycle, including lead nurturing, proposal development, and closing deals.
Experience in the packaging industry preferred; open to other industries with relevant B2B sales experience.
Strategic mindset with the ability to identify and address client needs.
Proficiency in MS Excel and other business tools.
🗓 Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Female: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
Male: 9:30 AM – 7:00 PM
