💰 Salary Range: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month

Job Summary:

We are seeking motivated and dynamic Sales Executives to join our expanding team in the carpet industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing dealer relationships, achieving sales targets, and developing market presence in their respective regions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, onboard, and support new dealers and distributors in assigned territories

• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business

• Conduct regular market visits and track competitor activities

• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets

• Provide product knowledge and after-sales support to clients

• Coordinate with the internal team for order processing and timely delivery

• Maintain accurate sales records, client data, and feedback reports

• Participate in local trade shows, exhibitions, and marketing events

Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

• 2–4 years of experience in sales, preferably in carpets, furnishings, or allied industries

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Familiarity with local markets in Gujarat (Ahmedabad) and/or Lucknow

• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently

• Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM usage

• Willingness to travel locally for field visits and dealer meetings
