Store & Expo Sales Executive – Mairah
We are looking for a confident, well-groomed and customer-focused Sales Executive to handle in-store sales and represent Mairah at exhibitions and expos. The ideal candidate must be proactive, persuasive, disciplined and responsible for driving daily sales targets while maintaining excellent customer service standards.
Attend walk-in customers and understand their requirements.
Suggest suitable jewellery, accessories and future categories (bags, clothing).
Cross-sell and upsell products confidently.
Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
Maintain billing accuracy and handle cash/UPI transactions responsibly.
Maintain proper display and arrangement of products.
Represent Mairah professionally at expos and pop-up events.
Set up stall neatly as per brand standards.
Actively approach customers and explain products.
Manage rush hours confidently.
Ensure stock safety during exhibitions.
Prepare expo-wise sales summary after every event.
Have complete understanding of:
Categories (Western, Fancy, Indian, Hair)
Subcategories (Chains, Necklaces, Bracelets, etc.)
Materials (Resin, Enamel, Gold-plated, etc.)
Explain product quality and pricing confidently.
Understand pricing logic (Cost vs MRP).
Maintain SKU-wise stock discipline.
Inform management about fast-moving products.
Report slow-moving designs.
Assist in stock counting when required.
Ensure zero stock mismanagement.
Build rapport with regular customers.
Encourage repeat purchases.
Collect customer contacts (when appropriate).
Inform customers about new arrivals & offers.
Maintain positive brand image at all times.
Daily sales target achievement.
Conversion rate of walk-ins.
Average billing value.
Customer feedback.
Discipline & punctuality.
Expo performance growth.
Flexible to work on weekends and rotational Sundays.
Ready to travel for expos within Andhra Pradesh.
Must maintain grooming & presentation standards.

Any educational qualification is acceptable.
Must be honest and trustworthy.
Strong communication skills (Telugu + basic English preferred).
Prior retail/jewellery experience is an advantage (not mandatory).
