Reports To: Sales Manager / Branch Head
To drive loan product sales by acquiring new customers, nurturing relationships, and ensuring smooth loan processing. The Sales Executive will act as the face of Nr Finanzas Service, delivering trusted financial solutions while meeting assigned sales targets.
Client Acquisition: Identify and approach potential customers for personal, home, business, and vehicle loans.
Consultative Selling: Understand customer needs and recommend suitable loan products.
Documentation & Processing: Assist clients with loan applications, KYC, and required paperwork.
Target Achievement: Meet monthly and quarterly loan disbursement and revenue goals.
Relationship Management: Build long-term trust with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Market Awareness: Monitor competitor offerings and provide feedback to management.
Compliance: Ensure adherence to RBI guidelines, company policies, and ethical sales practices.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills (English, Hindi, and local language preferred).
Proven ability in sales, negotiation, and customer handling.
Knowledge of loan products, credit evaluation, and financial documentation.
Target-driven mindset with resilience to handle rejections.
Basic proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Graduate in Business, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred but not mandatory).
1–3 years of experience in loan sales, banking, or financial services.
Freshers with strong sales aptitude may also be considered.
Loan disbursement volume and revenue generated.
Customer satisfaction and retention rate.
Compliance adherence and error-free documentation.
Contribution to branch/region growth.
Successful Sales Executives can progress to Senior Sales Executive, Team Leader, or Relationship Manager roles within Nr Finanzas Service Private Limited.
